About Pointe at Central
We want your college student to be successful throughout their career in Orlando whether they are attending The University of Central Florida, Valencia Community College, Seminole State University or Full Sail. We believe our community can provide a strong sense of community/resources to create a solid foundation. June 10, 2025Cheap, you get what you pay for. Nothing particularly amazing about the site but the maintenance and staff generally get back in affairs very readily. I haven’t had any problems here except some fears regarding the crime that goes on in the complex.Review from Apartments.com

June 1, 2025Overpriced, mostly safe, maintenance is good they are responsible, gym is not 24 hours. Internet is fine most of the time. Apts need more maintenance outside. Parking is a problem after 8-9pm.Review from Apartments.com

June 1, 2025Honestly it's pretty great. It's one of the cheaper options for student housing near campus so don't expect anything too fancy, but the amenities are nice aside from the gym being small. May 29, 2025Living at The Point at Central has truly been an amazing experience! From the moment I moved in, I’ve felt welcomed, comfortable, and right at home. The community is peaceful and well-maintained, and the staff is always friendly, responsive, and helpful. I love the location—close to UCF and everything I need—and the amenities make daily life so much better. Whether it’s relaxing by the pool, enjoying the fitness center, or just feeling safe in my apartment, The Point has exceeded my expectations ...in every way. It’s a great place to live, meet new people, and enjoy college life with a balance of comfort and convenience. I’ve built great memories here and can’t imagine living anywhere else.
