About Pointe at Central
We want your college student to be successful throughout their career in Orlando whether they are attending The University of Central Florida, Valencia Community College, Seminole State University or Full Sail. We believe our community can provide a strong sense of community/resources to create a solid foundation. Love the amenities and being so close to campus. The shuttle has also been a really great benefit. There’s lots of activities that go on too, I love the ones during finals week because it helps students unwind a bit.

staff is super helpful and responsive and love the amenities! the apartment itself looks nothing like the pictures online. there’s no tv in the living room? my walls were super dirty and there was a crack in my door. the water was temporarily shut off the day i moved in. not a great experience so far but hoping it’ll get better!

Overall, I have enjoyed my stay here. I like the proximity to UCF. I ride the shuttle and it is nice that the only stops are the apartment complex and UCF. Lots of events each month which is neat. The amenities are good as well. Kept in pretty good condition. Depending where your building is and the time of day, parking can be hard to find but you will find a spot it. Maintenance is good about getting to request within 48 business hours. I’ve had some repeated issues unfortunately, but they have ...
continuously come out. I think you get what you pay for here, so not too many complaints. Don’t expect luxury but it’s definitely live-able. Walking distance of some good locations like a cafe and Walgreens. Then shuttle ride is like 15 min and the drive is like 6-8min (depending on the day and time).

Resident experience has been troubling. There was a silverfish and a cockroach problem. Also there are mold issues. Cheap price so you get what you pay for
