They Tow Visitors 24/7
July 13, 2023Their towing policy is very vague and give the towing company full support to tow any vehicle that is not immediately registered as soon as you put the car in park. There are no time restrictions on the towing company, so they have free reign to tow whenever & whoevers car they want if the car isn't registered. whether you have a friend or relative over for 5 minutes or 5 hours, they have to be registered immediately, or the car can be towed, which I feel is morally & ethically wrong. There is no ...assigned parking or labeled parking for residents & visitors. They also recently changed towing companies to now the impound they take your vehicle to charges more. The lease will not be renewed! Do not move here unless they make significant changes to their towing policy.Property Manager Responded

Terrible
March 30, 2023Apartment is terrible it is full of mold and the maintenance team would take months to come by. My air filter was full of mold and dust which had me sick and I end up having bronchitis from it and I had that for a month. The paint in the tub would always peel and would be full of mold. i told maintenance team plenty of times to fix it and they would just paint over it. Neighbors were loud, they would smoke weed in front of my door, I would hear gun shots alot of times and plenty of airplanes over ...my apartment building. The apartment staff were rude and unprofessional I advise anyone to do not live here and live somewhere elseProperty Manager Responded
