20 Year Resident - Polo Club Apartments
May 6, 2026I have been with Polo Club Apartments since my move - in day of May 26'Th, 2007 ! I know from experience that this place and this community here is a little "gem", that most people seek, but rarely find. That is, polo Club Apartments is a place that is inclusive to everyone, they most certainly care about each resident(s), and their guest(s) too, along with family and friends of that exact resident. I have never seen such loyalty and dedication to making each resident here feel happy, validated ...in their endeavor(s), and committed to what they say, and when they say it ! Meaning if there is ever a concern, issue, or temporary problem, I can honestly with all of my heart say, as a 20 Polo Club Apartment Resident, that they will always follow through with any maintenance requests, or even new fixtures, if needed. They want to keep their loyal residents like me and because of that effort, I have gladly signed a lease renewal each year. They let you decorate your pad they way you like, or perhaps change the wall color too should it meet your fancy, albeit, repainting it back to the original color white is needed and appreciated for the next future tenant to have their luck with their personal chic style of living. Overall, this place is the best, and those who live here know it too. People are nice, caring and are good people they find to live here too ! It's location can't be beat on the South Side of Springfield, Missouri, so close to classic and even newer restaurants, Walgreens, and Blue Iguana Car Wash too ! Polo Club Apartments is also going to have a newer and cooler clubhouse too, adjacent to the Leasing Office. If you want to be a respected and appreciated member of THE BEST Apartment and Townhome Community, then definitely reach out to them A.S.A.P. ! Shout goes out to Jessica, the current Landlord here in 2006, because she is without a doubt the most thorough, approachable, friendly, and also will treat you with the utmost professionalism you've ever seen. Polo Club Apartments 18 + Year Tennant
March 27, 2025Polo Club Apartments is the best Apartment & Townhome community in Springfield, Missouri. They are the best because they are so professional, and friendly. It is managed by an award winning Property Management Company called Wooten. Day one for me, was May 26'Th, 2007, and I am still a very loyal tenant here to this day, over 18 + Years later. I know for sure that It's a great community because they look for and accept good people to live here, and from my experience, will go the extra mile to ...help their tenants with anything that comes up. Polo Club Apartments is a very safe, quiet and friendly complex managed by the best Resident Manager(s), Leasing Agent(s) and Maintenance staff who are very good at what they do, due to their expert and knowledgeable maintenance staff. Trust me, with 18 years here, they will make sure to fix anything for you and do it right no matter what, which is reassuring ! The Managment and Staff here are great also, including our current Manager, Scott G. He is the most personable, dedicated to his job and hardest working Manager I have seen here. He will even sit down with you and talk if you need anything, and listen to your story with compassion, empathy and handles it with grace. I love this place and its's truly my home and where I feel most comfortable. They also let you be you ! Meaning they are cool with how you like to decorate and accommodate that sentiment to the person living at their unit(s). I feel that Polo Club Apartments is a a very cool, affordable and unique place to call home. They say on the phone message if you miss them, " Here's to another resident who's leasing it and loving it ! That is true of me and I can't thank them enough for all that they have done for me in my 18 + Years here. January 17, 2016I've been here for about 2 years and love it!! One of the best parts of living at the Polo Club is feeling safe and secure due to having 24/7 on call security. This is a big deal with crime spiking in our city.
