Horrible
February 4, 2016I would not recommend this place to no one. Mold was growing all through my apartment I call several times and she did not get a respond. We were going through some hard times than she evicted us than what make it so bad that was the first time that happen. I even try to talk with her she would not even take what I had she said she need it I'm full. I feel kind of bad because I thought they suppose to work with you and they don't. My things is I never been late on my rent been out there for 3 ...years and she act like she could not understand the situation and evict me smh poor management. August 24, 2015Moved from UT to SC. Apartment was too far away from my needs. Found Polo Commons and they had a much better 2B/2B layout. Best I have seen! Staff went out of their way to get me in when my furniture was in transit and about to be delivered. Complex is across the street fro a great recreational park. Shopping, all within 7 minutes. Gated community! Designed with residents in mind! Office staff phenomenal. Gym, clubhouse and you don't have to go far from home to enjoy your life!Review from Apartments.com
Happy with Polo Commons
August 11, 2015The apartments are huge. Great space and storage. The staff is really great. Dee, the property manager is super nice. Some areas they can improve is maintenance. Maintenance can be slow from time to time. They also half fix things and you have to get them to come back multiple times. One thing that really bothers me is how much we pay in water & sewer. They say that it is averaged between the units in your building, but my neighbors bill is smaller then mine. Over I love my apartment and I ...probably won't move out until I buy a house or my job relocates me.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
