January 24, 2026I love living at Polo Lakes. The staff are amazing and the community is beautiful. While parking can be a little challenging near my building, most residents are respectful. I wish tiki torches were prohibited to be burned near residential buildings because my neighbor downstairs has four torches under my balcony. The residue is making my dogs sick and there is an oily film on my patio screens and furniture. This keeps me from enjoying my own outdoor space.Property Manager Responded
