June 24, 2025It is really good to live here but the cost is a little bit high. Specially for one bedroom unit costs should be reviewed. As far as I know the community is ungated, it would be better to have gatedProperty Manager Responded

June 18, 2025My experience was not the best. The maintenance team here has had quick response times and great and fixing some things- no complaints about the maintenance team. However, I spent literally months with my smoke detectors going off at all hours of the night. The office team did not seem to care or even believe me. They asked me to video team the alarm going off and send it to them. When my last lease renewal come up I told them I was moving out and wanted a shorter lease. They agreed to ...that, however now, I apparently missed the email they sent me to remind me that in addition to requesting the shorter lease specially because I was moving out, I did not notify them in writing again that I was moving out and now I am being charged with an entire months rent as a late notice fee. I have never once been late with my rent, had any noise complaints nothing....and this is how they treat me. I will never be back here nor would I ever recommend it to anyone.Property Manager Responded

June 13, 2025I recently moved to Polo lakes apartment. The leasing process was quick and easy. Charlotte and Rebecca were very helpful throughout. I had a parking issue at first, but management fixed it very quickly. So far, I’m really enjoying my new apartment.Property Manager Responded
