October 19, 2024It’s not a horrible place to live, especially on such a quick notice as I needed. However, there was a cockroach issue when I first moved in. My windows still leak after a maintenance request and they said they would fix it. And my upstairs neighbors are loud all the way through the night. I’m talking worse than just heel walking. There’s also a LOT of dog poop everywhere showing owners don’t take care of their dogs but the complex also doesn’t have anyone to go pick it up. The biggest issue is ...the dog park where there are moldy poops. It’s a GREAT location and the residents I’ve spoken to so far are super nice!
