Apartment is currently being taken over by termites. The means to move into a new apartment is not at my disposal at this time. Desire to move to a better location is what I'm trying to work towards. However funds does not allow it and would welcome all the help that could get in this matter.

My apartment is so cool. When I was working a low paying job in 2013. I went online and searched for apartments and found these guys. Kilmaer Properties. They advertise just one months deposit and half of second months deposit. totally only 750.0 One bedrooms started at 500.00 a month so the second month would only be 250.00. Most apartments I know in Miami want two m0nths rent starting at 650.00 for one bedroom and that means move in would be 1300.00. I could not afford that. I was trying to ...
get my son back with me and needed to show independence. My building is so nice that when they started putting palm trees all around the complex, they only raised my rent by7 15.00 dollars. And Guess what? I am month to month,. NO Long lease. No six month or yearly lease required. The maintenance guy comes on time to fix things like the shower head, the smoke detector, the stove and will even change the window blinds for you when they break. You just call the office (Kilmaer Properties) and they put the work order out and let you know 24 to 48 hours Raul will be there. You don't have to be home, Raul has the key. You just have to give the apartment permission to enter. Which they ask you for when you place a service call.

My apartment was a 2 bed room one it was nice price for a single parent with no help only probelm pluming was horrible sink barely let water flow and bath tub always was stopped up always had to call maintenance long story short owner got made said it was my fault i repilied it could have been old plumming and she was mad told me i had to leave which left me close to homeless now 3 to 4 mths later im still looking for better i have faith i will find it
