August 27, 2022I went on a tour for a studio. Over the phone they told me it was one price when I got there I was told it was more expensive. The apartment smelled like smoke and the outside was not well kept. Would never live there if I had a choice.Review from Apartments.com

DO NOT MOVE HERE
January 17, 2022I have been here for almost two years now, and when I first moved in, I was told the issues I was experiencing would be fixed. It's now two years later and nothing has changed. The ENTIRE complex is infested with roaches, they're in the building structures, under the floors, in the pipes, and air conditioning systems. They "spray" once a month-but only in the kitchen, and it's NEVER enough. They crawled on my bed, on me in the shower, etc. Absolutely disgusting. I am allergic to roaches and this ...has made my allergies worse. Also, there is black mold in all the air conditioning vents (a total of 4). A few months ago, they came to replace the air conditioner and cleaned out all the ducts. Instead of replacing the moldy vents-they spray painted over them. The mold is still growing and is also making me very sick. It's been over 2 months since I put in a "work order" and no one has come out to address the issue. I have taken legal action against this property and will continue to do so until they fix their slum property. FBI/SWAT have been here on numerous occasions, police, drug addicts walking around and coming to your door asking for money. They let anyone move in here, and there is actually a drug dealer that just moved in above me. I do not feel safe taking my dog for walks or even taking him outside to use the bathroom at night. Laundry always gets stolen and they do nothing about it. I went in to complain, I wasn't nice because I am frustrated. I didn't name-call anyone directly, just commented on how disgusting this property is. That same night, I got a "7-day termination" notice on my door. They'd rather throw you out than fix the problem. They're well aware of the issues and choose to turn a blind eye. New management but not enough
October 30, 2019Looked at studio that was redone ? Horrible quality work and the premises are very dirty. The sidewalks are filthy never cleaned and the washer/dryer area is dirty and always broken. If this is new management they need to change their staff. Only positives I can say are residents are mostly hard working people and they deserve better than this for these prices. September 14, 2018I have lived here for about 9 months and I love it! The neighborhood is pretty quiet, its conveniently located (right off I-95 and a few min from US-1), and affordable! The only downfall is that there is not an in unit washer and dryer, but that seems to be common in this area .. This is the only reason I won't be renewing my lease, but this community is great!Review from Apartments.com
Moving in the end of the month so excited!!
July 18, 2018Lidia showed me around the property, she was so helpful and courteous. Not many places were that nice to me when looking. The property looks clean and my kids are going to love hanging out at the pool area. For the price the place looked amazing I can't wait to move in. Seems like the area is safer than most made it out to be. Staff and people seem friendly, grounds are kept clean. Horrible!!!
January 16, 20181. They have a roach problem 2. The dogs in this thin-walled community never EVER stop barking 3. The front staff is filled with women on their period 4. They price high compared with nicer neighborhoods. 5. The cable outlets are on the far side of the house so have fun routing the cable wire through your entire apartment to bring it near the center to get service 6. The AC doesn't carry very far from the living room so the master bedroom gets hot unless the door is always left open 7. ...The community is ugly. 8. The surrounding stores look run down, and all my friends worry about their wellbeing on the way here 9. Noise. Noise. Noise. Noise. Thank God the AC is so loud! It helps to drown out all the noise you absolutely will hear all the time. 10. No washer/drier and each building only has like 3 units, so you often have to travel to another building to do laundry, and hope the ones there aren't occupied. They're also shut down at night (probably because of previous crime related events?) So you have to be very strategic about when you keep your own clothes clean. The refill machine for the card you use to clean your clothes was down one night, and the front staff told me to take my stuff up the road and do my laundry there til it's fixed. Horrible horrible horrible community. I'd seriously encourage anyone in the world to consider a different neighborhood because this one not not NOT worth it!!!Property Manager Responded

They Will Steal Your Security Deposit
May 13, 2017These guys put small details in their leases that enable them to steal your money. They stole my security deposit by putting in the lease that I had to give a written confirmation that I was leaving instead of verbal, thus they took the entire security deposit. Stay away as they will pull tricks on you, too. They low rent isn't worth it. Plus, if you care, there are tons of roaches and the windows break when you open them.Review from Apartments.com
Major upgrade !!!!
January 31, 2017I have lived here for almost 3 years and I can honestly say since management has changed this place has changed for the better. We now have updated apartments, security cameras and live security every day. The property is definitely much cleaner including the parking lot where before it looked like a dumping spot for lazy people. The staff is awesome and much more professional.
