Great Community, Great Location
November 1, 2022 - Review from Apartments.comI'm moving out of Pompton gardens after almost 5 years & all I'll say is that I've got no complaints. Seriously! I thought about it! It's a fantastic value for the money. The Property Management is great, I mean that any issues I had (and there weren't that many over 5 years.) They took care off. Seriously, Summer 2019 I had my main ac go out on a Saturday around 1:30Pm. It was replaced by the end of the afternoon. As far os other tenants what I've gathered over the years the other tenants ...were either professionals or retiree's I can't think of any issues, really. As for location is just great, it's literally right off Rt 23/Pompton Ave. So if you need to hope on 80/287 etc its just there. It's also right next to a shopping center and right out the door you've either got a park or a nature walk that overlooks the Morris Canal.Read MoreProperty Manager Responded
