    The place needs new roofs and they dont have onsight maintenance or much of anything , one apartment has sat vacant for 2 years, the bushes are not trimmed , parking lot falling apart. The ponds smell in summer!

    Poor management

    Poor management. Had to file complaint with Lake Mills city inspector to get management to fix broken toilet, broken stove and faulty wiring which resulted in a horrific shock that caused me to go to the ER. Management fails to prevent one inconsiderate tenant from taking up 3 to 4 of the 6 parking spots(the cars rarely move and once tenant had non-working car parked in a spot the entire winter)forcing other tenants to park on a busy street. The 5 minute walk to work is only reason we stay.
