June 3, 2025There were some problems primarily with the appliances in the unit upon move-in which were stressful, but maintenance and management were very helpful in addressing these as quickly as possible. The location is in a nice area that's quiet but still close to Columbia's town center and multiple village centers/squares. February 19, 2025Although we just moved in, the renting experience with Poplar Glen has been so positive. From the start, we received consistent/timely communication, a thorough tour with all questions answered, and a seamless move-in process. Our unit is super nice with up to date features and it feels like a very welcoming community - our neighbor even asked if we needed anything from the store on the day we moved in! I submitted 3 basic maintenance requests after moving in to ensure everything was working ...properly and they were all completed day of, which I haven't experienced at any other apartment complex before. Office staff has been so friendly and helpful! I would definitely recommend.Property Manager Responded

February 19, 2025I have been living here for over 2 years, the new management (Cardy) was an excellent choice! Weather, maintenance and pest control notifications are so APPRECIATED and recognized. Maintenance staff AWESOME. The only things I would like to see more of is the trash and the doggie baskets be monitored and changed more often or revamped. I would like the missing ceiling fan that is supposed to be in my apartment installed. My apartment was initially sold with a ceiling fan but I have been told ...there are none in stock???Property Manager Responded
