Just a few minutes from downtown Greer. Great walkability. Pricing is in line with product and the new staff are hands on. We have seen so much improvement in just one month! Hopefully they stick around.

The office staff is a disaster, they’re not professional at all. Nothing works, there are insects in all the apartments, and the only thing they care about is the monthly payment. They haven’t fixed a single thing!

How can I say this. I am 8 months postpartum I moved here when i was 9 months pregnant. It wasn't an easy move and I am blessed to have a place. Someone, please explain why I am paying renovating pricing and nothing is renovated everything is outdated. I pay faithfully every month. I am looking to move and take my money else where. Also, in the summer the gnats are a big problem you have to eat in your car. Make sure you do a walk through and ask questions and get stuff done before doing antyhing ...

being honest . if you just need something fast & not too big on quality then I say go for it . but I’ve been living here for 4 years and it’s not worth the money you pay . Even the renovated apartments are cheaply renovated . you will always have utility problems . my air has went out EVERY summer since I’ve lived here ! the pipes sing in the wall at random; sometimes all through the night .

I've lived in many places around the world but I must say that Poplar Place has been the FAR BEST! From the cleanliness of the office and being provided with a warm welcome. One thing that I learned about Mrs. Tamara is that when we don't think she's paying attention to the property, she's always on top of things. We have nothing bad to say about being here at Poplar Place. I want to thank the management company for giving us the BEST PROPERTY MANAGER EVER!!!!!

My boyfriend and I moved here in February 2022 and we have loved it. The manager Tamra is amazing. Every time I have had to contact her she has given an almost immediate response. She has gone above and beyond what a property manager should and has made living her stress free. We really appreciate everything she has done for us while living here.

Living at Poplar place apartments has been interesting. I was considering moving from this place until the new manager Tamra got here and turned it around. She is always willing to help and she’s very understanding. This place is a better place because of her. The maintenance team is always there to correct the issue. Also this property use to be full of trash until this team got here and made it worth living here. We got a new sign and I feel safe because I always see her walking the property ...

and the breezeways taking pictures and correcting issues. Thank you Tamra and staff for making it a better place.

I recently saw a woman shooting a .22 outside my living room window at her boyfriend and I'm not sure if she missed! I've been here for three years and finally moving this month. There is poor management and maintenance calls are only answered if you write a letter. There have been 5 landlord changes since I've been here and 2 in the last 7 months because they are never licensed and they were stealing our rent money! Save yourself the heartache and stay away!
