April 18, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comThe only thing good about the place is the location. They've installed internet on everybody to make it more modern and nobody needed it because we already had internet services coming through. Now they are extorting it to become more rich. The internet price that you see on the website you'll pay close to $200 more for the stupid internet fee and for the utilities. And that doesn't count the cost of your electric bill that you're responsible for and that can range you anywhere from $100 to $500 ...in the winter time. Oh if you also have the upgraded cabinets with the flat countertop and no bookshelf expect to have ants in your cabinet sometime in your stay. Occasionally too you can smell pot smokers in there. And I've known of residence that it needed a roof and a hot water heater and haven't got anything done. Therefore this place gets two stars one star for the location and the other one because they're ground level apartments.Read More

Yes, the rent went up but they'll work with you and try to get you a deal to keep good residents. Maintenance is friendly & knowledgeable. I'm happy to be close to Trader Joes, Meijer, Target, Kroger, other shopping, car maintenance, & the interstate. Fire/Police right across the street in case of emergencies. Manager is super nice. They do nice things such as breakfast Fridays in the office. Heating bill is on the ...high side, be forewarned.Read More

March 6, 2023 - Review from Apartments.comOutside lights have been out although reported months ago. Shady characters moving in, and you can hear everything your neighbors do in their apartment. MY CAR WINDOW WAS SHOT OUT & I didn't get so much as a "sorry, that happened" from management. That's my last straw--moving out as soon as possible. May even break my lease to escape. Electric bills run $200 in the winter for 1 bedroom. They also charge for water, trash and they force a renter's ins. policy on you.

Thin walls, super high electric bills in the winter. Short-tailed shrews come in through the holes in winter. Worst part: You can hear every step your neighbors on all sides make--no joke, floors are hollow.

February 19, 2021 - Review from Apartments.comThis was my first apartment. I enjoyed the one level however the noise still comes through. I have a neighbor behind me who literally shakes my entire apartment at all hours. Also, I've had and still have a few rodent issues (squirrels and mice). The apartments are older so it's easy for critters to get in. Staff is pretty good until you pressure them on these types of issues. Good things include them giving us treats on our doors and having themed events. We also get the early bird discount.

This is the first place I’ve lived where I get rewarded for paying my rent before the first of the month- a $40 discount adds up to $480 per year, almost like getting a month of rent free, just for paying before the 1st! The office staff is super friendly and 99% of the maintenance work orders are done the same day I’ve called and made the request. Also, they do things ...all year long to show appreciation for us such as free donuts and coffee the morning of National Donut Day, free ice cream one week out of the summer, and various other evening treats like pizza grab n gos or hot dog and chips grab and go. Every month we receive a newsletter which includes a treat of some sort, and then to top it all off, a huge resident party at the end of summer which is catered, and they give away the best prizes, including a tv and cash! There are even things I haven’t mentioned! I figured I would only live here a short time, but I’ve never been treated so well living in an apartment complex.Read More

And also I know quite a few people in there that don't have two times the income.

They're gone out of their way to help me stay independent, and not just when I moved in. The staff here are wonderful! Having a washer/dryer and dishwasher help too.
