March 9, 2026Peaceful, easy and beautiful. Staff is amazing! Jhordon walked us around the entire property and gave clear explanations and was friendly. Dakota is also a joy to meet. March 3, 2026I definitely love the neighborhood. It's very peaceful and beautiful. The maintenance staff is great. Especially the groundskeeper. Never used the pool or grill or dog park (no dog) but the gym is nice. The gym does need some fixing, a few machines are broken. Lots of events, and they are so much fun. Please do the photo session event again!!! I just wish the complex was in a better location. It's so far from civilization. It's a food desert out here. Also, bring back actual food trucks for food ...trucks Wednesday. No more desserts.Property Manager Responded

December 27, 2025Moving into the Populus apartment has been a wonderful experience. The neighborhood is quiet and feels really safe. The best part about the move in experience was that Michael allowed me to feel comfortable with answering my questions needed to rent as well as making sure that I didn’t have any issues with my walk through. December 14, 2025I miss J. But Mr. Mike is awesome too. I love it here. It's quiet and located in a good part of town right by all highways. I can get to anywhere in 30-40 minutes and for the Atlanta traffic that is good!Property Manager Responded

September 17, 2025Approaching two years of living here, I still believe that the view is very beautiful. I still love the design of the apartment. The only complaint that I do have is maintenance. I still do not feel as if maintenance does do the job that they could do in the sense of completing orders in a timely manner.Property Manager Responded
