September 17, 2025Approaching two years of living here, I still believe that the view is very beautiful. I still love the design of the apartment. The only complaint that I do have is maintenance. I still do not feel as if maintenance does do the job that they could do in the sense of completing orders in a timely manner.Property Manager Responded

June 30, 2025It’s no secret that moving can be very stressful, but it helps when you move into a community and property where the staff is professional, patient and accommodating to your specific needs as a new resident. And from the first visit/tour through the actual application process, the staff particularly Michael has been a pleasure to work with. June 29, 2025I just renewed my lease again because I do enjoy the apartment I am in, the leasing staff, maintenance is quick to respond and I always see them tidying up the shared spaces. I appreciate the staff taking into consideration the residents feed back and making changes. I wish access code key pads can be added to the apartment doors so guests, deliveries, dog walkers etc can have access to the building instead of key fob only entry. This has continued to become a hassle and now people are using the ...entrance door mats to prop the doors open. More and more residents are also leaving their trash in the hallways for days making the hallway smell and more likely for bugs. Residents should start being fined for leaving their trash out in the hallway, walking dogs off leash and not picking their dogs waste.Property Manager Responded
