June 11, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comI like the apartment and the apartment complex. But our second year was not so great. Lots of foot traffic at all times of the day. Parking is awful. And the rules of the apartment complex are just too much for me. Way to strict. And the recent late notices on events makes it hard to plan to attend to one. All in all, great apartment and great apartment layout, but still in the middle of know where and in the middle of a good desert. Shout out to the groundskeeper tho. March 23, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comIf you are touring apartments here make sure you are running the hot water in the unit you are wanting before you sign the lease. The pipes in the wall make a popping noise when you or your neighbors run hot water and this has been an ongoing issue for almost a year. So make you are checking on that first. I appreciate them implementing rules/fees about residents not following valet trash schedule and dogs off leash, however it doesn’t seem like they are following up with these new rules. I still ...seem the same residents walking dogs off leash and leaving their trash out for days at a time. March 3, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comI definitely love the neighborhood. It's very peaceful and beautiful. The maintenance staff is great. Especially the groundskeeper. Never used the pool or grill or dog park (no dog) but the gym is nice. The gym does need some fixing, a few machines are broken. Lots of events, and they are so much fun. Please do the photo session event again!!! I just wish the complex was in a better location. It's so far from civilization. It's a food desert out here.
