Great experience from start to finish of application process and receiving keys. The amenities are all I wanted for a renewed started for my family. A gym and many close places.

Moving into the Populus apartment has been a wonderful experience. The neighborhood is quiet and feels really safe. The best part about the move in experience was that Michael allowed me to feel comfortable with answering my questions needed to rent as well as making sure that I didn’t have any issues with my walk through. Thank you so much Michael as well as Bianca, but most importantly thank you Populus Westside apartments.

I miss J. But Mr. Mike is awesome too. I love it here. It's quiet and located in a good part of town right by all highways. I can get to anywhere in 30-40 minutes and for the Atlanta traffic that is good!

Approaching two years of living here, I still believe that the view is very beautiful. I still love the design of the apartment. The only complaint that I do have is maintenance. I still do not feel as if maintenance does do the job that they could do in the sense of completing orders in a timely manner.

Living here has been great! From the clean community to the workers that make you feel right at home.. this place is a 10/10! I have & hear about zero safety concerns , maintenance request was filled and fixed in a timely manner and neighbors are great, this is a great place to call home.

Been good so far. Had a few issues but they were solved in a timely manor. My favorite thing about this place is the safety for sure, love the gate and needing a key to even get in the building! So far so good
