Lived here just shy of a year although the interior of the units are nice, the grounds are a nightmare. Limited parking due to people parking their cars and not moving them (I've reported this, but all they did was put a warning sticker on their cars and nothing more) in response to this they just move spots. maintenance staff to clean up after them. Even though it's against the lease agreement people use their balconies as storage causing a horrible eye sore. Every weekend the trash compactor overflows and crows like to pick at the garbage bags, resulting in litter being everywhere. If there are no spots then some people park behind other peoples cars (this has caused me to be late for work multiple times) and unless it's a spot that you pay for, you must first contact the leasing office to have the vehicle towed (if this occurs on the weekend when they're closed then good luck). I plan on moving out next month I'm just hoping there will be available space for a uhaul, which seems unlikely at this time. The only redeeming quality is the nice appliances, and nice office staff.
