I knew it was going to be outstanding and as soon as I took my tour I knew I had to live there. It was a good decision. The building is beautiful and the amenities, make you feel truly welcome. They've already had several events to welcome us and to provide a fun time for us to meet our neighbors and become part of a wonderful community. The staff is amazing. Cody and Jasmine, not only take care of every request but ...they follow up as well. Justin, the property manager is experienced, knowledgeable, and totally engaged. Juan and Ismael who maintain the property beautifully, also take good care of our apartments. The security is excellent and I truly feel safe living here. Oak Park's new Gem!
May 18, 2024 - Review from Apartments.comI've lived in several Oak Park apartments in the past. This year, I found myself moving back to Oak Park. Talk about silver linings. My move back coincided with the opening of the new development; Potter in the Pleasant District. Amenities are top-notch but no one ever mentions the intangibles. For me, those intangibles are equally as important....your building's management team. My move in was the smoothest to date. The team collectively is great, responsive and detail oriented (plus ...genuine and authentic).....
