Such a wonderful experience touring Porter in Oak Park. The entire team was incredibly warm, welcoming, and genuinely inviting from the moment I walked in. During my tour, Michael even took the time to come by, say hello, and personally introduce himself, which made me feel appreciated. That little touch really stood out to me.
The property itself is beautiful. I especially liked the tall ceilings, which make the space feel open and bright.
Overall, such a positive and memorable experience.

I've lived in Oak Park for 2 years and watched the Porter House being built. I knew it was going to be outstanding and as soon as I took my tour I knew I had to live there.
It was a good decision. The building is beautiful and the amenities, make you feel truly welcome. They've already had several events to welcome us and to provide a fun time for us to meet our neighbors and become part of a wonderful community.
The staff is amazing. Cody and Jasmine, not only take care of every request but ...
they follow up as well. Justin, the property manager is experienced, knowledgeable, and totally engaged. Juan and Ismael who maintain the property beautifully, also take good care of our apartments.
The security is excellent and I truly feel safe living here.

I've lived in several Oak Park apartments in the past. This year, I found myself moving back to Oak Park.
Talk about silver linings. My move back coincided with the opening of the new development; Potter in the Pleasant District.
Amenities are top-notch but no one ever mentions the intangibles. For me, those intangibles are equally as important....your building's management team.
My move in was the smoothest to date.
