September 1, 2025Good location and staff. Only downfall is the front elevator is down a lot, with the current down time being it’s longest. Normally, this isn’t an issue, but i’m recovering from a knee surgery and walking to the back elevator where finding parking is impossible isn’t practical, and taking the stairs multiple times a day is draining. So I just wish there would be a bit more priority on fixing elevators which seem to be down at least every other month.Property Manager Responded

August 29, 2025I enjoyed living here when I first moved here, primarily because it was really quiet, but in the past few months, my experience turned a little bitter. Someone moved upstairs in my apartment, and they are loud, noisy, and very inconsiderate. One night, they were partying till 6 AM on a weekday without notice.I complained twice, but they are still noisy. Staff are good, and the maintenance requests are fulfilled in 1 or 2 days. Construction is not that good; you can hear the footsteps of people ...upstairs, and if they have children, you can hear them running all day, and sometimes at night too. Parking is a pain if you arrive after 6 pm; you have to park far away, and if you have groceries, then it's very difficult. Sadly, a great place is slowly turning into not so good an experience for living. I sincerely hope they make strong laws for noise and do thorough back ground check for any new tenants.Property Manager Responded

August 15, 2025I had a great experience living in my first apartment! The location was perfect—close to shops, public transport, and parks, making daily errands and leisure super convenient. The apartment itself was cozy, clean, and well-maintained, with plenty of natural light that made it feel bright and welcoming. The building staff and neighbors were friendly and helpful, creating a warm community vibe. July 19, 2025Absolutely love living here. I’ve lived many places in Jacksonville but this by far is the best. Minimal noise, valet trash, wonderful up kept amenities, and lots of community events! And the icing on the cake is the food trucks weekly that make dinner options easier on days I don’t feel like cooking!Property Manager Responded
