April 18, 2026Office staff is amazing. However, the building upkeep has drastically declined over the past 2 years. The stairwells often smell like dog pee and aren’t cleaned as frequently as they use to be. I had weekend visitors and I was embarrassed each time we took the stairwells. My guests even made comments about the bad smell of the stairwells.Property Manager Responded

February 17, 2026So far it has been great! There has been a few things wrong with my apartment but maintenance does well with fixing the issues. I wish the water did get hotter.Property Manager Responded

The amenities are top-tier and always well-maintained, making it easy to relax or recharge without ever leaving home. The atmosphere is peaceful yet vibrant, which is a perfect balance. One of my favorite parts of living here is the sense of community.
