Safe, relatively quiet area yet you are right next to downtown.
Friendly staff and neighbors.
Thick walls. Haven't heard a neighbor once.
Good internet. I'm getting 100 mbps down.
Incredible view from the roof, and there is even a grill.
Flat utility bills.
-Has some old building problems. Plumbing has been needing repairs and has been shut off multiple times. The shower controls are really finicky. ...
Dishwasher doesn't work very well.
-Parking for guests can be very difficult if not nearly impossible if you don't have a temporary pass available, which you can't get while the office is closed.
