Instant regret
November 25, 2015People have no problem either parking in your parking space or blocking your parking space. You probably have a better chance at winning the lottery than finding an open parking space. We have had two cars broken into. Something is always broken. Nine times out of ten it takes maintenance at least three times to fix what's broken. If you live upstairs you will spend all winter and spring cleaning mold off of your bathroom, bedroom and closet walls.
