When I moved in over a year ago, staff were somewhat responsive. Now, it takes up to and over a week to get someone out. At one point, my A/C was out for four days. No one answers the emergency maintenance line. If you have an issue over the weekend, expect no response whatsoever. This wouldn't be as much of a problem if the apartments weren't so outdated underneath their glossy surface.

The pool area is big and really pretty. The location is great for shopping, food and hitting the beach!
Apartments are spacious. Thankfully the trash compactor is hidden and made to look nice!! Staff are nice and very helpful. I enjoy living here.

Portofino Condos at Jensen Beach are truly one of a kind. The complex is rich in vibrant vegetation and has a stunning array of wildflowers to accentuate the Spanish styled living quarters. The condo's are exceptionally spacious, and equipped with up-to-date appliances. The amenities included are a steal, free access to the gym and outstanding swimming pool.
