  • Mold Found on Drywall and Ceiling, a Health Hazard

    I lived at the Portofino Landings for 7.5 months from Feb 2021-Sep 2021, the apartment is fairly new but mold was a big health problem there. After moved in about 4 months, in the summer mold was found everywhere on drywall and ceiling. I reported to the property management and they did not know how to fix it. After I cleaned up and tried to turn down the a/c to 68F but a month later the mold started again. I had 9 month lease, but had to move to another place after 7.5 months, but had to pay ...

    Shawnee helped us with finding our home and made it super quick and easy for us! from fast responses, to helping us move in. Maintenance men are friendly and kind also. Totally recommend this place to anyone!!

    Be careful!! they won't give you your deposit back! I lived in Portofino for more than 2 years and overall was a good experience. Although, at the beginning of this year they changed management 3 times. It seems they were having management issues. New management ignores you as a tenant and they just seem to give attention to people that are signing up for new leases. I have been calling, emailing and visiting them to see what happened with the balance of the deposit that I paid when I moved in, ...
    but I don't get any answer. I moved out from there on May 1st and it's almost the end of August and I don't have the balance of my deposit back. You might be safer bringing your money somewhere else.
