Mold Found on Drywall and Ceiling, a Health Hazard
August 25, 2022I lived at the Portofino Landings for 7.5 months from Feb 2021-Sep 2021, the apartment is fairly new but mold was a big health problem there. After moved in about 4 months, in the summer mold was found everywhere on drywall and ceiling. I reported to the property management and they did not know how to fix it. After I cleaned up and tried to turn down the a/c to 68F but a month later the mold started again. I had 9 month lease, but had to move to another place after 7.5 months, but had to pay ...the full 9 month lease. Not recommended if mold is your problemRead MoreReview from Apartments.com

August 20, 2019Be careful!! they won't give you your deposit back! I lived in Portofino for more than 2 years and overall was a good experience. Although, at the beginning of this year they changed management 3 times. It seems they were having management issues. New management ignores you as a tenant and they just seem to give attention to people that are signing up for new leases. I have been calling, emailing and visiting them to see what happened with the balance of the deposit that I paid when I moved in, ...but I don't get any answer. I moved out from there on May 1st and it's almost the end of August and I don't have the balance of my deposit back. You might be safer bringing your money somewhere else.Property Manager Responded
