Little Italian Oasis
February 2, 2018The design is perfect for the name. Each separate building looks like what would be in Italy and the streets give you a community feel. Pet friendly, beautifully appointed apartments with granite countertops, garages, balconies, and fireplaces; a resort style pool and jacuzzi; workout room; and a clubhouse with multiple TV’s! What more could you ask for? Oh yeah, and surrounded by a lake and award winning golf course, and only a few miles from all the fun attractions of the area!Property Manager Responded

Stunning Property!
February 1, 2018Had the opportunity to tour this property just a few weeks ago, and it is gorgeous - the apartments are spacious and filled with high-end touches like stainless steel appliances, gas stoves (a must for all of us wanna-be chefs), and granite countertops. The balconies are delightful, overlooking the lake, and some units even have a fireplace! The clubhouse is stunning, and the pool area is so relaxing... With the well-equipped fitness center on-site, I will have no more excuses for missing a ...workout...but truthfully, they had me at Bark Park! I can bring my dog!! So excited to move in, and the staff was more than accommodating to help me work around my dates. Attentive, professional, and they seem like a LOT of fun! Stunning
February 1, 2018I personally scouted this community, after-hours, for the soul purpose of finding a great view. I checked out many apartments within Champions Gate, and was not in the least impressed by the view. One complex had balconies that I could CLEARLY see up through, to the many floors for above me (talk about an awkward morning with the neighbors or an evening drenched in plant water). But this hidden gem with the high sound proofed full block construction won me over in an instant. I never ceased to be ...amazed at these buildings. All appliances are natural gas, attached garages, insulated floors, double layer windows...then there was the view. My jaw hit the ground when I saw that it was on a peninsula overlooking a horse-shoe lake with nothing but a seemingly ever-expanding green golf course as the horizon. I loved the community!!
January 25, 2018I was lucky enough to find this community when shopping for a 1/1. The one bedroom unit comes with a huge garage and the kitchen is so big.
