Abysmal Experience
March 31, 2025When I moved in over a year ago, staff were somewhat responsive. Now, it takes up to and over a week to get someone out. At one point, my A/C was out for four days. No one answers the emergency maintenance line. If you have an issue over the weekend, expect no response whatsoever. This wouldn't be as much of a problem if the apartments weren't so outdated underneath their glossy surface.Review from Apartments.com

The complex is rich in vibrant vegetation and has a stunning array of wildflowers to accentuate the Spanish styled living quarters. The condo's are exceptionally spacious, and equipped with up-to-date appliances. The amenities included are a steal, free access to the gym and outstanding swimming pool. The swimming pool area is decorated to soothe and comfort individuals of all ages; not to mention the pool area resembles a high class ...resort pool area, lush and colorful vegetation surrounds the pool area.
