August 5, 2022Me and my wife are totally dissatisfied with the management the maintenance the whole experience at Cordova we arrived at our apartment April the 7th the apartment was not clean, it was cluttered and trashy the bathroom tubs and sinks did not work cuz they was clogged up that was a hole in the master bedroom wall under the sink it was filthy, proud of my moving date April 7th over management didn't even do a walk through to the apartment, the tennis moved out on the 5th of April that was not ...enough time between the new movies for Cordova management to get that apartment together, I complained I have pictures but no one seems to care.Property Manager Responded

Roaches everywhere
June 23, 2022Been living here 2 years now and recently have been having roach problems with new renovations they’re doing. Office doesn’t even help, their pest control is a joke. March 15, 2022It’s okay as a first apartment or a stepping stone to something better. The management could use improvement however. There is not enough parking for the amount of residents and the towing company is unresponsive. The gates are also always open and it was advertised as a gated complex. Questionable people walk the parking lots at night and I have had my truck stolen and never recovered here. I have brought this issue up for two years and nothing has been done. Residents play loud music at all ...hours of the night and the security company does nothing about it. It is an okay place for now, but the rent increase can’t be justified for the quality.Property Manager Responded

March 15, 2022When the Pandemic came upon us all, I just moved to Arizona and Cordova was the first place that let me sign a lease despite not having lived in AZ for that long. Cordova staff has been absolutely amazing in the 2 years I been here. The Apartments are cozy and feel like home and the surrounding area offers a variety of everything you can need. No very good complex
October 26, 2021Reading all these good reviews, seems laughable. I've been there for several years and management sucks, maintenance are even worse. Most of the stuff in my apartment always breaks and needs to be replaced. Not many roaches since the beginning so that's good, really depends on the neighbors if not leaving for or garbage out but it happens. Trash everywhere by the dumps so they'll already be roaches, no security patrol that I've seen yet. Worse apartments I've been in yet..
