Im extremely disappointed with Cantamar. I moved into this apartment complex excited thinking I was moving in some where a lot nicer with my kids and unfortunately the customer service and the actual apartment itself is the worst place Ive ever lived in!

I have been moved in for about 3 weeks now and let me tell you from the moment I picked up my keys to now there has been nothing but nice things to say. Staff is very friendly and has been so helpful. I have a wasp nest outside of my door and they took care of this immediately with no questions. It has just been very nice to come into a community that cares and is respectful!

Having been a resident since 2012 I always was proud to recommend Cantamar. Since the pandemic it has steadily gone downhill. The office has been difficult to contact the maintenance has gone drastically downhill.
The positive side is that the apartments are large and very reasonable. Location is great.

Everything is top notch. The leasing office staff are top notch. So personable and helpful. Maintenance here is quick and accurate. The grounds are always kept clean.
