Everyone in the leasing office is extremely accommodating, I lived here for a year and loved my 1 bedroom apartment. I will say living on the third floor sucked because the elevators were down quite a few times in my time here. As well as move in was pretty brutal, if you have furniture it’s hard to maneuver up the staircase with the ceiling height and elevator is too small. The area is a little sketchy at night, but overall felt safe. The only other issue I ran into is the parcel lockers always
...being down, so my packages would be stuck in the lockers and I had to get a leasing agent to unlock it for me which was super inconvenient but they are very willing to help! I also didn’t like that you had to search for a very long time if all the packages are scattered on the floor and trying to find your package is sometimes a nightmare. Other than that, they tried to raise my rent by $150 at renewal however on apartments.com my same apartment is actually less than what I pay now! So beware of that, but otherwise it is a clean and quiet place to live for the most part.
