Maintenance Maintenance came over to fix my dishwasher because it was not draining they said it was fix it but it still not draining. Maintenance was very nice though.

Toilet kept running after flushing. Fixed it. When it started. Leaking in the tank .I made phone call and they were back ov we over promptly and fix it. Happy it got resolved.

At midnight the power in my tv room suddenly went out. There was power in all the other rooms. Using a flashlight I discovered a blackened area near the outlet where the surge projected was plugged in. I checked the circuit breaker cabinet. It looked like one switch was off. I called maintenance. The maintenance man came within a few minutes. I was concerned about wiring and/or fire.
He figured out the problem. Disconnected the surge protector. Flipped the switch and the lamp came on. ...
He advised me he get a new surge protector. The next day someone came back and repaired and checked the area. I had bought a new surge protector. He plugged it in and everything is working fine. Excellent maintenance

One, the well water is horrible. Women, your hair will be so tangled after every shower it rips your hair right out of your head trying to brush it out.
Two, noise complaints. It doesn’t matter to them that it’s so noisy you have to call the police, or you have the noise recorded, they have to physically be in your apartment to hear it, or they do absolutely nothing about it.
Third, my car was keyed in their parking lot, and they aren’t willing to do anything about it. Oh, and they don’t have ...
one security camera on the entire property. I had a man 30 yrs younger screaming outside my door, keyed my door, they did nothing!!! Save your money, and sanity, keep looking!!!

Been here since 2021, so I’ve signed 2 lease renewals. I will not be signing a third. I don’t have many complaints beside maintenance taking up to 3 weeks to fix simple problems, and the fact that rent goes up every renewal. Those are big issues for me. So I will be finding somewhere else to live in August.

Safe Community, but needs improvement

Pros: 1) Management has been good with communicating and are helpful with responding to tenants concerns. 2) Safe community, nice area.
Cons: 1) I can’t believe how insanely creaky the floors are. I wish I could post a video of how loud it is. My sleep has been awful, my neighbor above me just simply walking, wakes me out of a dead sleep several times a night. Even when I’m sitting in my living room, the walls shake. The walls are so thin. This reason alone makes me look forward to my lease ...
ending. 2) My apartment has smelled like cigarettes and weed numerous times from neighboring tenants. I’ve even had to scrub the walls to remove nicotine stains from previous tenants. 3) My bedroom was consistently freezing throughout the winter, I had to pile on blankets and crank the heat up just to have it at a decent temperature. 4) I wish there were ceiling fans.

Don’t even waste your time looking at this place. Our laundry doors have fallen 15 times and they never fix them. The windows aren’t sealed so snow and dirt are always inside. It’s always cold in the winter because they are so old. Management doesn’t respond care or repairs anything. Even the carpets aren’t connected. They hired someone to shop always the wild birds we would rather they shop away the management. Not worth a penny- I would stay here is THEY paid me!

We liked living here

This place is great for a year then the rent increases after your lease is up to stay here.
My Fiancé and I liked living here. I would recommend it to people. Fair warning some of the other tenants are not super nice and will yell at you in the parking lot because they think you're following them even though you just happen to live in the same building and take the same way home.
