This small complex has a great woodsy feel and is located on an AppalCART route just minutes to App State, and right across from the entrance to Caldwell Community College. Offering three-bedroom floor plans, the upper units have gorgeous tongue and groove vaulted ceilings to give an open and spacious feel. Each unit has a premium bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, central heat and air conditioning, and new floors and paint throughout. If you have any questions, let us know.
