      • Late night fire alarms, broken washer and dryer, dirty elevators, and poorly installed plastic bathroom tiles

        Fire alarm went off at 3am and the whole building had to stand outside the other night. We are cleared to go in building, and it goes off AGAIN. No explanation given by building management. Everything in the apartment is cheap and the building is dirty. People dump stuff near recycling and trash chutes are gross. Location is super convenient, but this place is really not worth the price of rent. Tiny and dark apartments.

          Hello, Thank you so much for your feedback. In regards to the fire alarm, we were at the mercy of the Seattle Fire Department to reset the alarm. We have assured this will not happen again. We have also ramped up our bulk trash removal to ensure items that are illegally dumped are taken care of in a timely manner.         Great location. Prices used to be good, but are now average for what you get here. Security used to be no issue, but recently has had some problems. Complex company does not seem to care as much about residents well being as they used to (i.e. taking responsibility when problems occur).

        Post Alley Court is a great place to live! The location is unbeatable, its pretty quiet, and the apartments are nice. The property manager, Erin, is fantastic and always available to assist with questions. Alex in maintenance is SO helpful and always goes above and beyond no matter what is needed. He even offered to help me move my stuff in. I would strongly recommend Post Alley Court to anyone looking to experience downtown Seattle.

        I've very much enjoyed my time here! However, the long delays in service requests and the issues with the building (faulty wiring for the microwave, windows that are not properly weatherized for the winter) prevent me from wholeheartedly recommending it.
