I LOVE living here!
February 21, 2023After seeing the reviews I felt compelled to share my positive experience at pottery creek. I have lived in my apartment for about 6 months now and its safe to say I love my apartment! I have lived at older apartments in the kitsap area and pottery creek is by far the best community I have had the chance to live in so far. Like any apartment complex parking is limited. I would reccomend if you have more than 1 vehicle to get a reserved spot for yourself and guests but other than the parking ...the community is very well kept, staff is communicative, and my work orders are always completed in a prompt matter. Parking is a problem
May 31, 2022There are not enough parking spaces. A lot of tenants are rightfully frustrated because we come home at the end of the day and can not park onsite. You can pay an additional $720 per year to reserve a covered spot, but there are not enough spots left to support the complex (currently 5 left). Parking is a problem.
May 30, 2022The apartments are fine, but there is not enough parking onsite. You pay a stupid amount of money per month for a unit and you still have to illegally park overnight at the grocery store next door if you come home too late because the parking is first-come first-serve. Covered parking is available for an extra $60 a month, but there is not enough covered parking to sustain the entire complex.
