Powell Springs appears nice until you live there. Then you are caught in a horrible environment with constant inspections and bitter residents. I would STAY AWAY!

Powll springs was extremely poorly managed. There were alot of clicks connected to the management. Evergreen construction is exactly what it says. It is a construction company only thinking of building and the final dollar to them. they do not think or care one bit about their residents...only the final dollar to them. Their people are rude and inconsiderate They think only of themselves and the final dollar. The maintenance is very poor and indignant..treating the residents like second class ...

citezns. They have numerous nspections of your unit annually not caring that many are seniors and have health conditions.they run the we building like a dictatorship. The maintenance man is grumpy and so mean to residents. Basically they treat residents that pay their mortgage like dirt. Alot of people have moved out of there.
