Quiet place to live
December 14, 2018This is a well managed and well taken care of property. The manager really cares about her tenants and is really good at her job. This is a nice place for a small family or the working professional or student. On the bus line and close to MAX so local shopping is nearby or a short trip to Portland for all that it has to offer. Great place to live
December 14, 2018I have lived at Powell street station on 2 different occasions. Both times have been great! It's a smaller community, I enjoy that. Stevie is the office is really nice, polite and very helpful if I have an issue. Grounds are clean. The units are a good size and I like to open kitchen.
