My children are comfortable here, playing outside with ease! We have currently gained new management who have been making positive changes to the town homes as well, property manager Alicia is very pleasant, accessible and super helpful! Excellent Communication , Clean Property
July 25, 2023Ever since Prairie Breeze Townhomes have taken over the property it has felt more like a community. They added mowing free of charge to the homes with backyards as well as mow the entire property on Thursdays. They also actually communicate frequently with us through letters, emails and texts as reminders, unlike the previous owners. It's great to have a manager onsite who is available to call to ask questions or get help with any concerns. Knowing they are readily available puts us tenants at ...ease!
