The building includes a small fitness room, underground parking, a rooftop terrace featuring amazing river views, gas supplied grill, and firepit as well as new community features just steps away from you. Rent includes water/sewer utilities, lawn care, snow removal, and trash services as well as one parking space in the underground garage. Rents start at $1300 to $1450 per month for one-bedroom units to $1600 to $1900 for two-bedroom apartments with a 12-month lease. Six-month lease options cost $50 more per month. This is a smoke-free building. These units can accommodate up to two small dogs, up to 25 pounds full-grown, with an approved pet policy form. To have a pet policy form approved, dogs will need to be spayed/neutered and up-to-date on all vaccinations. Tenants with dogs are required to carry renter's insurance. There is an additional $50-per-month fee. First floor units can accommodate medium size dogs, up to 75 pounds full grown. March 23, 2021 - Review from Apartments.comPrairie Place is a wonderful place to live if you're looking to be in the Chippewa Valley. The apartments are well kept, clean, and secure. The maintenance crew is super responsive and friendly. The River Prairie development is just as wonderful as the apartments too. The walking trails are amazing year-round, plus you are within walking distance from a handful of restaurants and coffee. You won't be disappointed here, especially for the price!
