June 6, 2025It's hard to build up a rapport with staff because it seems like it's always changing. A lot of tenants don't really consider how their actions affect their neighbors and common sense and common courtesy don't exist much. There's a lot of potential for improvement but it all starts with getting a dedicated staff that is committed to making this place a great place to live and who's going to be here for more than just a year or so.Review from Apartments.com

March 20, 2025Lack of communication from the office to residents as well what appears to be between staff members. No one in the office is on the same page. Ultimately it was the incompetence of management that earned this review. For the better part of a year I had no complaints. Then the office closed for a week in July 2024 (I believe)and it’s been nothing but a headache since. February 3, 2025We’re not quite at 1 star yet but I won’t be surprised when we get there, just disappointed. I don’t know what happened, I used to like living here but it seems like things have gone downhill. Valid noise complaints are ignored and really the only amenity is the gym. All the electronic locks are currently busted so if you have work or school that doesn’t allow you free time until after the office hours there’s no access to the gym or the ability to do laundry. Instead of holding the children and ...the parents of children responsible, management has decided to close off the bathroom access after office hours so we all have to be punished. I see they’re doing some construction/remodeling in the leasing office building and I’m not excited to see how that will raise rent prices.
