Great Place To Live!

I’ve been a resident for a little over a year, this place is like a peaceful paradise. It’s quite, clean and very peaceful. The community is gated which is a huge plus. They have great amenities, Washer dryer in unit and a great exercise room. I love living here!

LOUD noisy neighbors

I have had horrible experience living in this apartment complex. The living room is very dark and the view is blocked by the wall and most importantly the neighbor is very loud. I have raised my concern to the manager and it has not been addressed.

Prairie Square in Highland, IN - Unlike Anything in the Region

We were among the first to move in to the new complex in Highland, IN; Prairie Square. We moved in to Building 1 in early November 2014, in the largest unit they offer, the Dogwood. Wow has the complex grown since! All 5 buildings are now up with all having residents besides the last building, which is to be completed soon. The complex is unlike anything else in the area, which is fantastic. The complex is gated, making parking secure and worry free. The units are all brand new with high end ...
touches including washer and dryer in unit, stainless appliances, wood style flooring and quartz counters. The units are spacious for the square footage, and some units even have vaulted ceilings. We were drawn to Prairie Square because everything would be new and the area is close to great shopping, dining, and the expressway if you're commuting to Chicago. The parking is ample for the buildings and snow removal in the winter was efficient. The clubhouse area has an exercise room and a Starbucks Coffee machine, and also houses resident mail boxes. It is nice to know that if you are having a packaged delivered that requires a signature, there's always someone to sign for it! The staff has been helpful throughout the process of lease signing, moving in, as well as maintenance. Rent and maintenance requests can all be done online through the resident portal. Prairie Square has quickly become our home and we are loving every minute!
