The building upkeep has also fallen short. Hallways and stairwells contain several mismatched paint colors, missing drywall sections, stained carpets, dusty vents, and visible signs of deferred maintenance. In many areas, the property simply no longer reflects the standard it once had when I first moved here.

the people living in it, and unfortunately there seems to be very little respect from some residents toward shared spaces, cleanliness, parking etiquette, noise levels, and general consideration for neighbors. That atmosphere has made living here increasingly unpleasant over the years.
To be fair, the current management team has made visible efforts to improve cleanliness and address maintenance concerns, and I do feel heard when issues are brought forward. However, the overall standard of the property and resident experience has still declined significantly since 2021.
