OK, but not Good
June 9, 2022This is my opinion only: Always visit a property in case the description is fluffy. I felt this place had a public-funds vibe. I thought it was noisy and stinky. The construction seemed cheap. to me. I thought the management was often MIA and the house rules were not enforced. I saw lots of dogs and smokers. I saw abandoned (junk) cars. I saw problems with trash pick-up. Snow plowing took at least three days. If you have no other options, I recommend month-to-month terms. I felt there were ...some positives:: I did not hear raging parties, and I did not see serious drugs/crimes. I felt the area was safe. They usually (not always) completed maintenance requests. The area seemed more walkable.than expected. My opinion is this place earned two stars (OK). It was not terrible, but it could be better with more management involvement. That said, I, personally, moved on and would not rent here in the future. I feel the landlord is a legitimate business, and I wish them the best.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
