"Okay"
September 21, 2022I lived at Prairewalk for about a year and half, and overall had an "okay" experience. The office staff are wonderful to work with, but maintenance was slow and inattentive. The units themselves are nice enough but certainly not worth the premium rent that is being charged. I would also note that we had very noisy neighbors, and the units are far from sound-proof. Our rent increased about 20% each time we renewed with no explanation other than "market rates." We were also nickel-and-dimed ...once we left, with massive cleaning charges taken from our security deposit.Property Manager Responded

Great Experience + Location
December 12, 2018Our unit had a spacious living room, 2 bed, 2 bath. Really liked having the large shower + walk-in closet. We loved being walking distance to Sendik’s, Brunch restaurants, and Starbucks. Very quiet, as most tenants seemed to be young professionals or young families. Our leasing agent was always responsive and understanding. Typically received a response in 1-2 business days.Review from Apartments.com
Poor maintenance and management
July 5, 2018Lived here 3 weeks, elevator didnt work one day and today all tenants have been locked out of the building for at least 12 hours. Only way to get in is with a key fob, so unless you know someone already in the building you can't get in. What type of management of tenant buildings doesnt have a plan when something like this happens.Property Manager Responded
