Management is rude. Refuses to listen to renters. Favoritism for some renters who's kids can do as they wish running and jumping all over while others are expected to be near silent. Renters have been charged extreme fees after moving out. Issues are greatly exaggerated so they can get every penny out of you. A scratch on the wall that could take touch up paint and 5 minutes costs $500 for repair at move out. Frayed carpet in a area less than 6in by 6 in cost $2000 at move out. They are the ...

If you do not mind going without hot water and heat in the winter for 3-4 days at a time, multiple times a year, then this is the place for you. Boiler breaks down ALL the time and they never have parts on reserve and never keep tenants informed.
