That narrows options in Fargo considerably, and Prariewood Estates fit the bill. However, I stayed for four years because things are managed so well- Vicky specifically has been fantastic. The apartment manager, Vicky, is spectacular. She is always prompt in helping answer any questions and she is very present on the property--so things get DONE. It is evident that the management takes pride in the properties, the hallways get vacuumed and cleaned once a week and carpets get steamed several times a year. Maintenance is always prompt.
