The new staff at Preakness Apartments (Ashley and Missy) have really improved lives here. We are able to go in and talk to them. They really seem to care. Any complaints my husband and I have are delt with swiftly.

Absolutely disgusting and poor management. The apartment was INFESTED with roaches, there was mold in the bathroom, a hole in the ceiling above the shower that allowed water from the upstairs neighbor's shower to drip into our apartment, and we could hear animals living in the wall. We had sewage back up into our tub and it took management THREE days to do anything about it. We had mentioned the roaches to management multiple times but they didn't even attempt to do anything about it. Our air ...
conditioner was out for almost FOUR months and it took multiple messages to management and actually going to their office several times before they did anything about it. I highly recommend you avoid this place.
