You get a bill instead of your deposit
January 3, 2020This place will charge you for everything they can find even normal wear and tear. And when you ask for why they repainted or replaced carpet they can not give you evidence it was needed. If you want extra charges after you move out then stay here if not go some errands else.Property Manager Responded

August 3, 2019Has to be the most messed up management I've ever been Involved with. Inadequate parking, managers that act as if they are doing you a favor, nice apts but the management has a lot to be desired. If you have handicap plates it doesn't seem to matter to them. I am only one of many disgruntled tenants. Unless things change, I doubt if many will be signing a second lease!!Property Manager Responded
