Great but Average
August 5, 2015This apartment complex is in a great area/neighborhood. Trains in the night and morning get annoying but I love the fact that any store and virtually any restaurant I need is right around the corner or no more than 3 or 4 miles away. Other than the trains, as long as the windows are closed it is relatively quiet. The fellow people in neighboring apartments are very welcoming here. This is a great place for first apartment owners, such as myself, and/or small families, and retirees. This is a very ...safe place for kids and I love seeing them run around and playing in the little field that is in the middle of the apartment complex because it gives the feeling that there's not much to worry about around the neighborhood. However, the reason I rate this a four star is because, as it may be expected from most apartments, is because of the shouting and yelling that may take place, a lot of times a night, of neighboring people because they had a relationship conflict. If you plan to move in, just plan to expect it. Other than that, the rent is reasonable for the size of the apartment (mine is 700 sq. ft.) and I just love the fact there are no numbers and assigned parking spots because there is a plentiful supply of parking spots here!
