Roach infested/no AC
July 10, 2025It’s over 30 people over here with no AC units and no one‘s doing a thing about it won’t give any money off of rent even if you fix it or buy your own AC this is not the place to be a waste of moneyProperty Manager Responded

Rude people
December 16, 2021I went to view the apartment and wanted to put all payments down same day. There was only one woman in the office she seemed very cold and like she didn’t want to help or rent to me at all. I’ve been to a lot of apartments and they’re always so helpful and happy to see you. Not here! This lady made me feel so uncomfortable and unwanted. Like I was inconveniencing her by being there.Review from Apartments.com
Horrible Apartment Complex
September 28, 2020The property is dirty and work orders don't get completed unless it was in for at least a month. Every comment that is saying this property is good is a fake review. I'm an actual resident and I'm not renewing next year. Ride around the complex after the rent office is closed and you will see what i mean. Gun shots, loud music and no parking spaces. Drive through the 2nd entrance of the complex before signing here.Review from Apartments.com
Belle and Lena were excellent!
August 12, 2019Belle’s energy and charisma along with Lena’s politeness and hospitality made our apartment search stress free. The awesome newly renovated homes at an extremely reasonable price makes it hard to say no. Any questions or concerns I had pertaining to leasing agreements and pre-requisites were answered by the staff. They’re always available during business hours and are good about answering phones. August 29, 2015The community is quiet and the rennovated apartments look outstanding ! This is a perfect area outside of the metro atlanta area that is super close(2 min away) from i20.
