Absolutely horrible
April 16, 2024Absolutely horrific. They want to increase the rent, but don’t want to upgrade nothing as well as there is absolutely no landlord in the office at all. Low Maintenance
June 29, 2020Affordable, Property manager she was nice and quick to reach. Maintenance guy always had an attitude but gets the job done. Apartments needs renovation. Lived there for a year in a studio and at first I was excited cause it was my first apartment but as time went by Mold began growing on walls , Ceiling and windows. I was grossed out , Way to much moisture in the apartment. I was ready to get out of there before lease was over.Review from Apartments.com
Can't beat the price
June 24, 2019I lived here briefly and the landlady was excellent. She went out of her way to put me on the lease at the last minute and worked with me every step of the way. She was always attentive and willing to help us with any issues we encountered. This is a convenient location for working on base or downtown Dover. It's not the best area but we never had any security concerns. The building itself is locked so you have to be a resident to get in to where the apartment doors are which is nice. The heating ...and air are pretty low tech and could use upgrades. It's definitely a smaller building with older amenities but if you are looking for a cheap place to live it's fine. You can walk to grocery stores and a nice walking trail right across the street. Maybe not the best place for children because there is no where to play besides the parking lot. Great and Low Maintenance
September 17, 2015This is a great place for anyone that is looking for a place where it is not too expensive and still get good service. I have lived in Premier Village for 4 years and never had a problem with anyone. The place is kept clean. There is security 24/7. Front door are always locked, parking is off street and when ever I had a problem, I reported it and it got fit as soon as possible. Friendly landlord.Review from Apartments.com
Very good for the price!
May 27, 2014This apartment was perfect for my first place on my own. It isn't expensive, and the space was perfect for just me. I did have an issue with a tenant right above me that made a lot of noise all the time, and the neighbor next door often played loud music that I could hear. I didn't have many problems I needed maintenance for but the few times he was very prompt and fixed the problem quickly. This is very nice apartment
January 28, 2013Currently I live here in the studio apartment and this is the best and the cheapest you get in Dover. Apartment is very clean and they provide stove, washing matchine and dryer. I really like enjoying living here and the office people are so kind and nice. Also the maintenance staff come fast anytime if we have some issue. The location is good for military employees
January 10, 2013The community is not good for children, due to they have no play area, you cannot enjoy the outdoors in the summer time, the building itself needs to be updated. Need to have exhaust systems installed in each apartment. They need to have an experienced maintenance employee, who is personable and friendly with the tenants. I did not enjoy my stay at Premier Village, it is not family oriented place to live. I would not recommend it as a great place to live.Review from Apartments.com
Overpriced
