Unexpected Application Process
March 16, 2025- As a potential renter the overall process of applying online and reserving an apartment that would not be available for occupancy, or even inspection, for over two months seemed somewhat manipulative. - Multiple models were shown with features different than the reserved apartment, which was not available for inspection due to occupancy. Vague assurances were given that one feature in particular, flooring, as shown in the models, would be different in the reserved apartment, but apparently ...not guaranteed. - After application approval and closure of reservation fee refund window (a fee that should have provided reasonable time and opportunity as stated in the lease for review and return by the renter, without presumption by the property as to renter intent), written documents, including lease, were provided online indicating review and return within forty-eight hours, but within minutes, and despite unit availability still two months in the future, a verbal ultimatum was given for same-day, five o'clock, end-of-business review and return of the lease, giving only two hours to arrange immediately required payments, to consider other requirements only then made available in the lease documents, and, as is the right and usually the case for renters, to consult and compare other properties also under consideration.Property Manager Responded

January 21, 2025Clean. Quiet for the most part. Have experienced a dog off leash and had to grab up my dog as the dog went around my legs. I felt uncomfortable because I did not know if they would bite. This occurred by the entranceway. I feel all dogs should be required to be on a leash unless in the dog parkProperty Manager Responded

December 6, 2024THe building is old 1960 old. THe issues are air conditioning in the summer breaks down, the elevators are always having issues like every weekend. Ots comes out on Monday or Tuesday and fixes them for 2 0r 3 days then they break again. tThe noise level is high in the mornings from trash trucks at 6am. In the evening from the renters that play loud misic in the driveway behind the building making it hard to sleep like every night. Also you hear the other renters yell and scream through the walls ...and play loud misic or TV until 11pm at wich time you call the police because it is against the township ordinances. But the maintenance staff is great. Jose, Moe , Joel, and the rest of the guys are professional and caring about the issues in the aptartments. Also they turn off the water often to fix leaks for the entire building do to the way it was built in the 60's. Also the grounds are kept up beautifully. Over all there are issues due to the age of the building but the location is great.Property Manager Responded
