February 23, 2026It has been a pleasant experience living at Trilith. My only comment is that I can see the balconies cross the street and it is an awful view, the tenants store their "junk" on the balconies. I wish they didn't.Property Manager Responded

February 12, 2026Area is very well maintained. Apartments can get a little loud with someone above you but its typical. Washer dryer is great. Clubhouse is really nice but not opened late - soon i believe the hours will extend. Staff is fantastic and helpful. Parking feels very safe and I love to see all the families in the area.Property Manager Responded

December 4, 2025I moved in a month ago. I have loved living in Trilith Premier Lofts. I love the convenience of the restaurants , wellness center and shops. The community of people who live here is also great. Everyone is so friendly and the management team is very kind and helpful. September 30, 2025Apartments community is great. The amenities are mid. The price for them are also not great. would be better to just give residents a pro rated discount to the piedmont gym and make the gym they have something else. The apartments below the restaurants make it hard to walk through with the grease, employees phlegm and roaches.Property Manager Responded

Piedmont Wellness does give our residents a discount if you are looking to join this facility; I can give you more information. We are also working on changing the gym. Trilith also pressure washes the breezeways weekly behind the restaurants. Please put in any work orders or let us know in the office if you see anything that is being missed that we have not come across. Your living experience is important to us.
