September 30, 2025Apartments community is great. The amenities are mid. The price for them are also not great. would be better to just give residents a pro rated discount to the piedmont gym and make the gym they have something else. The apartments below the restaurants make it hard to walk through with the grease, employees phlegm and roaches.Property Manager Responded

Piedmont Wellness does give our residents a discount if you are looking to join this facility; I can give you more information. We are also working on changing the gym. Trilith also pressure washes the breezeways weekly behind the restaurants. We apologize for the issue with critters and are glad to hear our staff and maintenance team have been responsive; we'll work on addressing this concern further, we have interior pest control as needed on a weekly basis, we have rodent control and I added exterior spraying to all buildings to help with outdoor pests during the warmer months. August 8, 2025Nice apartment. Great view with the beautiful floor to ceiling windows. The entrance and exit from apartments needs sprucing up and cleaning. Very powerful odor from the garbage room when disposing of garbage. Sometimes very tough to get your ordered packages from the mail room. Not enough space. July 23, 2025The unpleasant smell coming from the dumps stationed in the parking lot of the community is awful to say the least. The apartment itself is great! I am still getting settled and have not had any problems so far. I just hope something can be done about the dumpsters.Property Manager Responded

We're glad you're enjoying your apartment, and we apologize for the unpleasant smell from the dumpsters; Waste Management damaged the trash compactor which required us to get the open top dumpsters for the retail tenants of Trilith. June 5, 2025Do not buy into it. The place is all horrible construction. They do NOT ever fix anything, they have major rodent problems, and the customer service is horrible. They do not manage the mailroom. You cannot find packages. There is always something affecting your quality of living. You can never get into the parking garage because people arrogantly park in front of the entrance without careProperty Manager Responded

Regarding access to the parking garage, we understand how frustrating it can be when vehicles block the entrance.
