This place have a crazy beautiful Scenery!
April 2, 2023The scenery here is so beautiful. Rooms on the upper floors have spectacular views of Raritan and views of New York. The design of the room decoration is very high-end and the rooms are kept very clean. What I admire most is the staff here, they are very friendly, often greet them. They are not like the property people at Resonance plaza square next door who disrespect their owners and charge too much. The neighbors are friendly and the rent is affordable. Another important point is that the ...sound insulation of this building is very good. No matter I play music at home or my neighbors play music at home, I can only hear it when I pass by the door in the corridor reasonably. I can't hear any noise of the next door while in my room. I would call this place the best apartment in New Brunswick! They also very friendly to pets and students, which I love it so much the cozy atmosphere here!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

August 27, 2020Living at Premiere Residence is a place to call home. The entire staff and the concierge team are a delight. Premier offers very large rooms, closets and plenty room in the living area. The amenities are well worth the cost to live in a premier area.
