    ROACHES... 22 exterminator requests and the bug problems keeps getting worse. Apartment halls are not maintained. Hard to find parking. The smell of weed is everywhere.

    I came to tour this place despite reviews just to see. And the $1,300 ish 1 bedroom 1 bath apartment they showed us was not updated (appliances were ~super~ old), and the place smelled like cigarettes, despite walking past a no smoking sign at some point. I don’t know.. they show nice photos on the listing but they told us, if we wanted an updated apartment, it would be an extra couple of hundred dollars a month. And then didn’t even bother showing us what that would look like. But yeah, we def ...

  • ROACHES!

    There have been roaches in my unit since the day we moved in. I have 7 pest control requests put in and I’ve lived here not even 2 months. “Pest control” comes and sprays half a room and leaves. It’s absolutely disgusting and the offices response to it has been horrible. We are extremely disappointed in how they have handled the massive roach problem that is in every building. Talk to any resident, they have roaches.

    I came to this place for a showing. First thing I saw when I walked in the unit was a baby roach running across the kitchen and under the floorboard of the unit. I walked out immediately and then noticed the roach trap in the main hallway. Disgusting. Don’t know how I didn’t notice it when I first walked into the hallway.

  • Don’t waste your money

    Doesn’t feel safe. Downstairs neighbors haven’t stopped smoking weed. The whole building including my apartment smells like weed. The hallways are dirty. Just waiting for a roach to appear. The dog park is filled with dog poo. Wouldn’t let my dog in there. My 2nd night here, and I have so many regrets.

  • Not worth it

    Was told I was getting an updated apartment only to find that my kitchen cabinets were so old and repainted so many times that they were sticky and falling apart. Maintenance of the building was horrible. It took six weeks for them to repair a wet ceiling in my bedroom, I was left with a dirty open hole and dirty water running down a plastic garbage bag into a kitty litter box for this entire time. Once I left, they did not return my security deposit plus sent me a $400 bill through a collection ...
    agency two years after I moved out , so if you’re not desperate as I was and don’t need to stay in the Downers Grove school District, please look elsewhere

  • This place is horrible DO NOT MOVE

    We went to go tour a 2 bedroom we walked in the apartment smelled horrible it was a strong mildew odor I couldn’t even finish the tour we immediately left. Also the tenants was yelling out the window making a bunch of noise it was just ridiculous I left and I will not be giving them my money

  • Find somewhere where your packages wont get stolen

    Had way too many packages stolen while living here. Honestly the cameras in the mailroom are just for show sadly. Whats the point of paying for a mail system when 98% of the time deliveries are left out and stolen if not picked up within the next hour? Management won't be able to help you at all so you can say goodbye to those packages. A lot of people don't pick up after their dogs. Not the apartment management's fault but definitely something to consider if you care about what its like around ...

    The environment is cool compared to what I used to live in Chicago. But the apartment not worth the amount I spend on rent. The apartment could have at least properly cleaned and updated. My bathroom has a lot of rust/calcium buildup in my shower. It’s bad to the point I don’t like using my shower. The upstairs neighbor floor creeks so loud when they walking, that it constantly wakes me up out my sleep. I been here for like 2 months and I’m already ready to move out. I plan on breaking my lease. ...

    my gf & i have had problems with this place since we first moved in. first apartment had burn holes on the floor. car har everywhere, toilet was filthy, tub was filthy, & the kitchen was dirty. we complained & they made it seem like it wasn’t a big deal & it could jus be cleaned. we moved to a different unit, & we THOUGHT i was good. living here the walls have been leaking brown stuff, ceiling in the bathroom has water damage, & all they do is paint over it so the problem will keep coming back. ...
    maintenance is very rude, the washer & dryers are always dirty. the office doesnt help & they always say its nothing they can do. packages get stolen ALL the time from the mailroom (WITH cameras, & they dont want to show the camera footage either) i could go on & on… DO NOT RENT HERE. i cant wait to move.

    Terrible place , terrible management, terrible apartments. No reliability when it comes to their tenants needs and complaints. My first apartment had mold on the day of move in and was supposed to have been removed, only for it to return and destroyed all my stuff, they said they would reimburse me and no reimbursement to this day. They then moved me to a second apartment (still no reimbursement for movers) , first week found several roaches , by the third week my tub was peeling and the roof was ...
